|Hospitality was amongst the most heavily impacted industries by the Coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdowns. Like many businesses, this left it with overheads mounting but no income. Fiduciam granted it a Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS) commercial mortgage to substantially lower its financing costs during this difficult period. Fiduciam granted approximately £200 million in CBILS loans during the pandemic, making a significant and lasting difference to many UK SMEs.
