Summer’s over. Back at the office.
So here’s Adriana’s take on the Fiduciam summer photo dump, with some of the sunniest projects and adventures from across the loan portfolio.
The sunshine may become less intense, but our lending activity isn’t. There are plenty of new projects lined up to keep you scrolling.
Completed in just three weeks, Fiduciam’s £2.39m business bridge facility delivered a refinancing solution at a critical point for a development site on the Isle of Wight. The funding refinanced existing debt while providing the capital needed to prepare the asset for future development. The project already benefits from planning permission for 72 homes and represents a strong long-term opportunity in a prime coastal location.
With the borrower working against the clock, Fiduciam delivered the speed and certainty needed to advance the project to its next phase.
